Yesterday, I had the wonderful opportunity to visit Studio Zbrodnia, and it was truly a heartwarming experience. I met with Marcin, the owner, over coffee, but what unfolded was so much more meaningful. Marcin graciously invited me to test some microphones, and I was genuinely excited to try the Neumann U87 and a stereo pair of Neumann TLM103. The quality of these microphones was nothing short of extraordinary; the detail they captured in our recordings was simply breathtaking.
What really touched me was the studio’s location. Nestled in a beautiful wooded area, the natural acoustics of the surroundings added an incredible depth to our recordings. It felt like a gift to be surrounded by nature while pouring our creativity into music.
I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Marcin for his warm hospitality and for allowing me to explore high-end equipment in such a serene environment. I truly look forward to returning to Studio Zbrodnia soon, eager to create more beautiful music and share more cherished moments together.
